Today I’m starting two weeks off - - a sabbatical that my company provides to employees every seven years. It’s a great perk.
My idea is, rather than trying to write a novel or hike The Alps, is to spend two weeks getting back into good habits: diet, exercise, meaningful reading. It’s easy to get into bad habits. It’s hard to break them.
We’ll see how it goes. If I get it wrong, I only have to wait seven years to try again.
